Need help to confirm identity of woman in photo

I believe this woman is my great great grandmother Sarah Gray (nee Castle), born around 1848 in Berkshire. She later moved to London (between the 1871 and 1881 censuses) and worked as a domestic cook.
Can anyone confirm when this photo is likely to have been taken?
