There are a number of A Hills, or Arthur Hills on the [link=http://www.cwgc.org]Commonwealth War Graves Commission[/link] database but that may not help you identify your husband's grandfather's regiment if you know little or nothing about him.
As a first step, I suggest you join the [link=http://1914-1918.invisionzone.com]Great War Forum[/link] and post the photograph there to see if anybody on the forum can identify the regiment, either by uniform or cap badge. That might help you to pin down the correct entry in the Commonwealth War Graves Commission's records. As a member of the Great War Forum myself, I can honestly say that there are a lot of very knowledgeable people on that forum. Good luck in your hunt.
